MINIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE
Bookings can be made for a minimum of 8 persons up to a maximum of 30 persons. Additional numbers are possible, but we would need to discuss this with you over the phone.
Once we have confirmed your booking, a 50% deposit will be required from you to secure this. The remaining 50% is payable on the day of your Afternoon Tea.
Payment can be made by BACS, Cheque or Cash.
If you need to cancel your Afternoon Tea, and you do so up to 14 days before the agreed date, then no charges will be incurred and your deposit will be refunded to you in full.
However, if cancellation takes place within 14 days of your Afternoon Tea, your 50% pre paid deposit is non refundable.
There will be a replacement charge for any broken/lost items of crockery, cutlery or serving ware . Please ask to see the list of charges.
