MINIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE
Bookings can be made for a minimum of 2 persons up to a maximum of 25 persons (please note that numbers of guests will need to be in line with current COVID guidelines at the time of booking and may be subject to change). Additional numbers over 25 persons are possible, but we would need to discuss this with you over the phone.
Once we have confirmed your booking, full payment is required seven days in advance wherever possible.
Payment can be made by BACS or Cheque. We prefer not to be paid in cash.
If you need to cancel your Afternoon Tea, and you do so up to 7 days before the agreed date, then no charges will be incurred and your payment will be refunded in full. Cancellations within 6 days of your afternoon tea are non refundable.
There will be a replacement charge for any broken/lost items of crockery, cutlery or serving ware . Please ask to see the list of charges.
